These Terms govern your use of ReplyFast (“the Service”), an AI assistant that drafts and helps send replies to your WhatsApp Business and Instagram messages. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReplyFast generates suggested replies based on the customer message and the business details you provide. You are responsible for reviewing replies before they are sent and for the accuracy of prices, availability and other information you supply.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18+.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReplyFast to send spam, unlawful, misleading, or abusive messages, or to violate WhatsApp's or Instagram's platform policies. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay or Stripe. Usage limits apply per plan. Taxes (including GST) are charged where applicable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Availability & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We work hard for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
