We want you to be happy with ReplyFast. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions.
The Free plan is free forever within its limits — no payment, nothing to refund.
You can cancel a paid plan anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and are not satisfied, email us for a full refund of that payment. After 7 days, payments for the current cycle are non-refundable, but you keep access until the cycle ends.
Accidental duplicate charges or charges for a service not delivered are refunded in full. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay or Stripe.
