ReplyFast respects your privacy and complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023, and is GDPR-aware. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Account data (name, email, WhatsApp number), business details you enter (prices, hours, booking links), and the customer messages you process to generate replies. We collect basic usage analytics (pageviews, feature usage).
We use your data solely to provide the Service — drafting replies, applying your saved templates, billing, and support. Customer message content is processed to generate a reply and is not used to train third-party models.
Replies are generated using large language models accessed through a secure gateway. Only the message and business context needed for the reply are sent.
We never sell your data. We share data only with processors needed to run the Service (payments via Razorpay/Stripe, infrastructure, analytics) under appropriate safeguards.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and daily backups. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
